This Wiper Kit is for HK but can be retrofitted to HT HG by simply removing the cantilever arm on the drivers side
HT HG Holden Wiper Blades Classic style quality hand polished English made stainless steel wiper arms and blades to suit Holden HK. Suits early model Holden sedan, wagon, coupe, ute and panel van. Belmont, Kingswood, Premier, Brougham, Monaro from 1969 to 1971. Kit includes 2 wiper arms and 2 wiper blades (wiper arms are 360mm long – measured from the centre of the spline drive to the end of the arm). The wiper assembly includes the splined wiper arm that attaches to the windshield wiper spline (5/8” | 15.9mm) diameter) plus the replaceable clip on backing and rubber blade (15”|380mm). Made from stainless steel the combination of spring loaded wiper arm and wiper blade will work with original wiper motor system on the HT HG model. The spring loaded wiper blade ensures a positive contact with the windscreen. Installation guide also included. No Special Installation tools required. Installation guide included. If you are struggling to find a decent set of original arms and blades for your HT-HG (modern style “helicopter” wiper blades do not suit the classic style of original HT-HG) you can simply by-pass the counter-lever pin and arm (remove the cantilever arm from the drivers side) and retrofit your HT-HG wiper system with earlier model HK Wiper arms that utilise the classic style bayonet style fitting (as opposed to the “helicopter” style blades)
